You can opt for a design consultation in the comfort of your home (over Zoom) or schedule an appointment at our exquisite bathroom showroom in Northwood, Middlesex. Our streamlined bathroom design process ensures a smooth experience from your initial inquiry to the completion of your beautifully designed new bathroom.
The journey to creating your dream bathroom starts with a phone call and subsequently a visit to our showroom, We’ll ask you to bring with you Instagram posts, magazine cuttings, pinterest boards, floorplans, room dimensions, architects plans and photos so that we can start to get a clear understanding of your vision, how you want to use the space and your likes and dislikes.
As we start to understand your budget and preferences, we will show you working examples of different bathroom fittings and/or share video and brochures to help you make initial decisions about design and layout..
Once we have talked through your preferences for your new bathroom, we will translate your vision into a series of photorealistic images and plans, so that you can really visualise the space.
After you’ve had time to look at them, we will revisit the plans with you, looking at each detail to ensure we have captured everything you need and want. We will make any changes that you request and update the visuals and plans, if required.
At this stage, we will also need to come to your home to survey your space to make sure we have the correct measurements and to check the technical aspects of your plan are practically feasible.
Based on the agreed visualisation and plans, a quotation will be produced. Once the quotation has been agreed, we will draw up a clear contract for you to sign, outlining the project’s scope, terms and costs. At this point, we will request a deposit and discuss the installation timeline and installation details.
Your bathroom will be installed by our highly trained expert fitters and supervised by your dedicated project manager. Once your bathroom has been completed, we will walk you through each of the features, to ensure you are happy that everything functions as it should and that your bathroom meets the design you agreed with our design team.
